Membership banking is completely unbelievable. I spoke with account manager number 4 or 5 I have lost track. Well yesterday they were reprocessing my applications with the address verification, today they don't have the address verification and supposedly there is nothing on my file about this??? Also they unrestricted my account to place the deposit in there, but guess what they put it back on restriction so I still can't access the money. I was given a reference number and this is supposed to be a HIGH priority case, yeah right. I should hear no later than Monday. I was giving thought to just waiting it out and giving them another chance, but I have since changed my mind
Mom, When all else fails, call Amex corporate offices (wherever they may be located now), and ask to speak with an Executive Assistant. Handling cases like these are what Amex EA's are paid to do. Saar
