Is it just me, or do you guy thinks that the online account interface of citibank is light years ahead of Amex. I find Amex online hard to navigate and get lots of "system not responding" msg. Anyone know if Amex's upgrading thier website soon?
Soups, While I love my Amex card, I agree with you. I get a lot of "system not available" which I find very frustrating. I rarely have the problem with Citi - but I expect that because Citi always gives the customers great technology. Regards, ChesterR
I've been using Citi Online Banikng for a long time, never had a problem. I don't even remember when I wrote a check by hand ... AMEX's website sucks.
I love Citi's website. easy to navigate, etc, etc... The Amex site is horrible. I emailed their customer service about it. So many things do not function and I have yet to set up a "My American Express" page. It just says that it isn't available. Unreal.
