BLUE IS FREE with an "exact" credit line and if you need to, you can pay over time. GREEN~ annual fee PAY IN FULL, but you have no exact credit limit. It goes on buying history, so if you always buy $300 per month your limit is basically $300. There is a number you can call for future purchases (like if your washer and dryer go out and you have to spend $1,500 one month or emergency airplane fare. (BLUE MIGHT HELP YOU OUT IN THAT CASE WITH AN EMERGENCY INCREASE...I DON'T KNOW I HAVENT TRIED).
