Has anyone ever dealt wth them? They also go under the name of Asset Management Outsourcing and are in Plantation, Florida, near Fort Lauderdale. They are calling me in reference to an account that is not mine. I have some serious problems, but they are all big ones. This is a small account. A week ago, the guy said they had already sent me a letter, but it never arrived. I will do a validation, but was interested in seeing what experiences you have had with them. So far, the two reps gave me completely different info, so I doubt they have any real records Thanks
I finally got a letter from them today, but it just said I owed $115. I will go into the bank tomorrow to see what happened and why they feel that I owe them money. (And, why they never contacted me). If I cannot resolve it with them, I will do a validation letter with the CA. The original question is still open. Anyone know of this collection agency? Thanks
