    Good article.

    I was so suprised that American Express openly admitted they did that.

    Hmmmm. they won't report on time payment history, but have no problem reporting late payments. And they're watching this board?

    Nothing new there. That is part of the trap of sub-prime hell.

    The sub-primes will report a delinquent account to the CRA's before the sun goes down on the first day of delinquency. But they will never bother to report a tradeline until then.

    I would like to see the FCRA ammended with a "full disclosure" law. In other words, you either report everything, or nothing. You can't pick and choose what you want to report.
