    Guys,
I'm not "gone" but rather been pretty busy with the Medical disputes.
However i am reporting in that i'm having AMAZING Success! (i'll post when i'm done, i'm about 75% done)

Most of first 6 months NOTHING changed, i sent DV letter's , disputes, got a new Credit card etc...
I just have to say that the new guy coming in should be aware:
THIS IS NOT A RACE!!! (get that idea out of your head right this second!)

-Prepare to spent months dealing with one single CA. Sure you might get what you want right away but that is a rarity, MENTALLY PLAN FOR IT TO TAKE FOREVER & RELAX!!!

I've moved up from a 589 EQ score October last year to a 672 this month!
TU had 11 negs, i now have 3!
Exp is a PITA (we all should know this! LOL).. but i did drop 6 negs from them.
All with only having to pay one OC. (not that i'm trying not too, my goal is a clean report)

I just want to say thank you for all of you who post and respond on here.
Just because i don't participate in all threads DOES NOT mean i'm not here
    reading and learning.

READ READ READ READ READ READ READ...

I guarantee you that your situation has already been dealt with and posted, if not a really similar situation is out there.

I hope to get to 700 by the end of the year.
Initially i did not think that would even be possible in one year, my goal was just to get to 650 or "fair" credit.

I wish you guys the best and hope you have GREAT SUCCESS too!

    Hey Kameleon,

Great to get an update and the words of an encouragement surely won't go unappreciated by the people who are just beginning to rebuild their credit.

    Thanks
    Logan

Thank you for the encouragement! I have been poking my head into forums for about two years, and I am now just finally gearing up to actually *do* something about our credit. It is so hard to go from overwhelmed, head-in-sand to take-charge. I hope that we can make some progress in the next year.

You can and will make improvements. Just understand it takes time. and don't just jump to do something you read anywhere on the web, including here. Do your research and plan 3-4 moves ahead.
