I helped my girlfriend file a request for all three annual credit reports (via mail), and EQ and TU responded saying that she didn't submit enough information. Or something to that effect. It might have been ''we couldn't match you based on the info you submitted.'' She's only 19, and has never held credit anywhere. Is it likely that they just don't have any info on her? The only info EX had was one collection account from a utility company, where her mother used her name to create an account. Thanks Mom. Try paying the bill next time.
Agreed, if there is no history established by her, then there is no "file" on her. Therefore nothing to report.
