Hi all, I was just wondering when banks do annual reviews of your accounts, do they know what score you have at the time ? Do these count as soft inquiries ?

    Thanks.

    Steve,

ARs are soft inquiries. When a company pulls your report for an AR I don't think your score is so much of a factor. The creditor is just checking to make sure your balances look good, you haven't overextended yourself, and there are no recent derogs on your reports. They may factor in their own internal score just to rate you compared to their other customers, but it is very unlikely that it is considered.
