I've been getting these once a week for the last few months. This one is a Platinum card with no annual fee, a limit up to $7,500 and a fixed 14.9% rate across the board. Looks like the offers are getting better and better. The previous one I got also had a fixed rate of 14.9%, but this only applied to purchases. I think I'll pass on the present offer because my Quantum card has a lower rate than this (12.99% across the board). Does anyone know if CapOne will send better offers later or they eventually give up ? I'm planning to reply only if they send me an 8.9% no hassle card offer.
Steve, Is this a "Gauranteed Platinum MasterCard" offer of is it for a Visa? I have been receiving a lot of them as well, with 14.9 across the board, but a $59 annual fee and limits UP TO $3250! Did you receive these previously and disregard? NiceGuy
It is a guaranteed Platinum card offer. The no annual fee is based on timely payments (if a payment is received late, a $6 per month membership fee will be billed for the next six billing cycles).
