Ok, I'll send the settlement letter I originally had ready to go. Yes it is my debt, and it is small, I just don't want this to come back to bite me in the butt later. I don't believe the account has been reported yet, at least I don't see it. If they report after I pay, lets hope the credit bureaus delete with my signed agreement as proof.
