   scroll down and hit the "debtor email notice" option and see what they send out to debtors. I think this is a direct violation of the FDCPA

   It looks to me like this is a list of business debtors - they don't fall under FDCPA.

   I agree. It does look like it is a business-to-business site and deals with business credit issues which are not covered by FDCA or FCRA.
