Ok, I have several accounts at the same CA from two different medical offices. Some are on my CR and some are new. I want to settle them, and want to have them removed from my CR. Problem is I have talked to OC's and I know what the original debt is but CA has it listed as a higher amount, or multiple times. Can I send one DV letter, then send 1 PFD letter listing all accounts in hopes of clearing it all up at once? I just want to clear this stuff up and get my scores back to where they should be. The biggest mistake we've made is to wait for insurance to pay before we pay and now know that we can't do that anymore. Any guideance is much appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Dave

from my experience the answer is yes , make them validate the amounts most CA's willtry to tack on there fee to your bill and you shouldn't let them get away with it. after all are validated then proceed with the PFD.
