I emailed eloan just now to inform them that their inquiry was still on my Experian report -- only renamed to Credit Infonet. I got this reply back within the hour. I was shocked to get a reply already -- unless it's automated. Mr. DaveLV, I am waiting for a follow up response from Credit Infonet. I know they are aware that the hard inquiries have not yet been removed. I will let you know when I have more information, but rest assured this is a top priority and will be pursued until resolved.
