    David,

    From another posting I see you do mortgage loans.

    If so, could you post or email me privately about No-Doc loans?

    I'm interested in a mortgage in 6 - 12 months. Since I am self-employed I definately want to go the no-doc or NINA route. I do have a relationship with Wells Fargo.

    i would recommend talking to fla-tan as well.. he is AN EXCELLENT person in regards to mortgages..

    I only do Home Equity loans and a certain type of refi called the "Simple Refi" for only 15 year or 30 year refi's.

    For 1st mortgages, I would have to refer you to your local Wells Fargo Home Mortgage branch. I wasn't even sure about some of the terms you were mentioning. I wish I was more knowledgeable.

    FYI: We do a lot of 1st mortgages for self-employed individuals who may even have a hard time verifying their income. There are many different types of mortgages available. Just call your local WF Home Mortgage branch.
