    I used their "Send a message" feature to send a request about my account, and secondly to order cash advance checks..

    out of curiosity or boredom. I was suprised to get a reply back in less than 45 minutes! (they email you telling you a reply is waiting).

    Wow, thats great service. I didn't have to go through all the bull with voice dial-in, touch-toning, etc, and the response mail was knowledgable and courteous. Let alone quick at this time of night.

    Great feature, i remember Capital one had this feature for like a day or so a few months back, then it disappeared.

    I'm impressed.
