   I posted about trying to remove all of my lates on my CR's.
   
   I read another option is to get the mortgage in husband's name only. His report is fine. I don't work so I couldn't pay it anyway.
   
   Is this an option. I'm in Washington which is a community property state so I figured it wouldn't work.
