I spoke with the famous Mr. Miller this morning (wow, what a voice!!) and received a 1000.00 increase and an upgrade to gold. I started 8 months ago with 500 and later received a 100 increase. Thank all of you for your feedback on using the internet; I would never have thought to try that route! Woo hoo! I am totally psyched today! Now, if anyone has advice on follow up to NCO/GC - I sent them a validation letter about 3 weeks ago and never received a response or the green card back. Should I send the follow up letter or just let sleeping dogs lie? kate
