Hi This pain of a Ca has decided I am not worth their time and I am a big pain in the butt They FINLLY send me a letter saying they are closing my acct with them and notifying the CRA to delete. Don't ever underestimate the power of being a loud complaining whining squeaky wheel ..and creativity counts. Funny thing is ...... my biggest bitch with them for the last few months is they sent me settlement offers but refused to respond to my counter requesting deletion.So I wrote the President of the CA AGAIN perfectly willing to give them money if they would cooperate.....I'm amazed they gave up makes you wonder if CA even care about the money ..I guess they just like to fight.... Congrats! I don't mean to burst your bubble, but are they sending it back to the oc? If so, don't be surprised it you hear from another ca depending on how old this is.
Hi I know thats always a possibility so we will see. I hope not but they can do what they want. I am just glad to be rid of these clowns with their unwillingness to answer me I had little faith that even if I had paid they would have update the acct to the CRA. I was losing sleep lol... On the subject any thoughts about trying to pay the OC at this point to avoid a new CA ? BTW though while trying to get validation I tried to contact the OC and was ignored.
