first of all.. thank you ALL!!! seriously.. stuff is starting to pick up and I am loving it.. Just got a letter from a CA and they removed a colelction account from my credit reports.... Woo HOOOOO a bit of history... I send a validation in late june. shortly after they sent a print out itemizing what they say I owed. I did tons of searching and reading afterwards and sent a second validation latter stating that this printout was not proper validation along with the.. Wollman letter... Today in the mail.. They sent back a letter saying that the account has been removed..I didn't check the credit report yet.. Hmmm.. infact .. Maybe I should now.. BRB. . . . . OK.. dammit its still there ... maybe it takes time. I will look into that.. oh well at least I got the letter.
