    knock knock!

Now I realize the CreditExpert score is slightly different from the actual EX FICO score, but maybe someone can answer a couple questions...

    1. How different is the CE/EX score from the actual FICO score? I remember a few days ago someone had a general rule of thumb as far as that goes...I think the actual FICO score might be 10-20 points higher than the score EX gives you...but I can't find that thread.

    2. Does anybody know when CE updates their scores? I've had 2 inquiries deleted, and it reflects on the score simulator scale (under my "actual"risk...not the "simulated" side) yet my credit manager score remains the same.

I have 2 more inquiries on EX that should be removed in a couple days...if CE is fairly accurate, I've joined y'all in the 600 club!!! I might add that it's a FANTASTIC birthday gift for myself (1/30)...but I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks to everybody for your help...this was my first goal and I'm glad to say I've had 3 derogs and 4 inquiries removed in a mere 4 weeks! Time to shoot for 700.

Good job!! My creditexpert page updates at about 10:30pm every night., but I think it varies for each person? I have no clue as to how far off the CE scores are, but I also have read that they are anywhere from 10-30 pts. lower.
