Received summons and complaint for credit card debt a few months ago. Had the card since 94 was charged off in 2005...sol is six years and I beleive they may have filed a month too late. Anyhow, i denied the debt....there was nothing attached with summons/complaint. I now have received these interrogatories below. I have found some good answers on here but want to gain as many as possible. Any help with answers would be great..also what interrogatories should I send back. I am dealing with a lawyer for the OC. Identify all facts supporting the accounting st forth in answer to the preceding interrogatory. 5. Identify all documents referring or relating to thefacts in response to the the foregoing interrogatory 6. Please set forth a specific accounting of all setoffs and counterclaims 7. Identify all documents referring or relating to the facts identified in respone to the foregoing interrogatory. 9.
