I'm dealing with them right now! so far so good, but I'm still in the validation process. Something tells me, it's going to get ugly before this is over!
I would love to know too. I have a collection from 2 years ago that I would like to have removed. Which way might work best with the company, or try not mine.
I disputed CMI as "not mine". Came back verified. Then disputed the dates. Verified. Disputed the amounts. Changed the amount from $800 to $280. Wrote to CRA midly attacking them for not doing a good enough job. I mentioned and thanked them for the ones they deleted and/or corrected and re-affirmed my dispute on all the others. I stated that we have had a good working relationship up to now and would like to avoid litigation. Three days ago, 2 more deleted..... one was CMI! Keep plugging! I think they hate dealing with pains and just make us go away!
