For the first time, I have reviewed copies of my credit report. Three entries need to be reviewed and removed. Two of them are with Bank of America. One five years old the other just recently paid off. Anyone have experience with investigation response from them? The original debt was from a bank that was merged with BankAmerica. Is it prudent to investiate them both at the same time or one at a time? Any advice appreciated

I received no reply so I will share my experience for those interested. All three credit bureaus reported the same three accounts.
    1. Paid collection - $410 9/96
    2. Paid BofA Loan - 10/30 days & 1/60 days
    3. Closed BofA card $75 balance. always late.
I have no patience, so I chose to dispute by phone. Paid collection, not mine dispute for all three. Paid BofA loan, not mine for all three bureaus. Closed BofA card, never late dispute with one credit bureau, just as a test. I removed all addresses but the current from all three.
Also, FYI, before I ordered the reports, I applied for Chase Gold to see which CRA was hit. The inquiry only showed up on Equifax.
