Thanks to this and other forums which are a great source of info., I'm making good progress !

Does anyone here recommend any good books on credit repair/disputing strategies ?

I see many at amazon.com with a lot of mixed reviews.

I would like a good book as a reference. I know I can get good info. in this forum but, personally, I would appreciate something well organized and structured as a reference.

Besides, I don't have a phone line long enough to hook my laptop up in the bathroom.

    Thanks in Advance,

    Kenn

P.S. Yes, you will see this same post if you visit other forums.

honestly, and I'll tell you from experience, the best reading can be obtained by the first three posts on this forum and then look for some of Butch, Lizardking, PsychDoc, Marie, and breeze posts.

You'll learn a lot and it's free! What more can you want. Plus these are real life experiences they wrote about. LKH is another. I can't remember them all.

That's a fair comment. Please don't anybody interpret my request as undercutting any of those folks' credibility. I'm sure they could each write a good book, if they haven't already.

I could probably print out a selection of Butch's posts to keep the lid of the toilet tank stocked for a year, I'm sure ! I mean that in a positive way.

It's just a personal preference of mine to have the structure and organization of a book. I guess I'm a "book worm".

Oh, what the heck, I think a good synthesis of your answer would be for me to go through the Top 3 and harvest some other posts and make a book of my own, with tabs and the whole sh--aree ! Talk about anal !

I just wish the search engine here was a little more sophisticated.

    Thanks for the input.
