CLOSE THE ACCT: Then pay it off as fast as possible. CCB is the biggest bunch of crooks in the business. The faster you get away from them the better. that will be the only way to cure your CCB problems. Forget about calling there customer service department. those people are as crooked as management and don't care about the customers at all.
