Any good credit repair people?

Hey, I was wondering if there are any really good credit repair agencies OR individuals who can help me finish our credit repair. I'd be willing to pay a senior member of this board just to advise me, prep. docs for me to sign, tell me which step to take next, who to sue, etc.

I simply don't have the time to sort through it all. We had a Credit Repair company work on our files over the last year, and with a LOT of success. They cleared up 60-100% of our stuff, depending on which CRA report. And our scores are up almost 100 points on average. One is up almost 200 points. But I really need to get them all up over 700 and get some of the rest of the reports clear.

I've done some more stuff on my own and have had some good success. But I am finding I don't have the time to keep it up.

It's more difficult now because most of the items that remain have either been verified once or have been updated (now showing paid).

I have always thought that if some credit repair company knew as much as the people on THIS board knew, that'd be one great company! But I've yet to find one that does much more than the basic dispute stuff.

    Any recommendations?

If you feel you **must** pay someone to help you out, I would recommend Christine at Bayhouse. She has a lot of intergrity and is very knowledgable.

Do a seach on yahoo for "bayhouse" and you will find her.

I do have to admit that Christine has learned a lot in the past year. Guess we all have to go through the learning process and it mostly just depends on how much time and effort one is willing to put in.

I normally put in 12 to 18 hours a day 7 days a week unless something gets in the way such as meetings about whatever, classes and seminars. Usually those are about some aspect of legal issues such as FDCPA, FCRA and many more topics, marketing or whatever. I'm going to a 2 day school on marketing starting March 7th.

I may decide to go to law school yet. I'm looking at a couple of colleges. Not that I actually want to become a lawyer of course. Just some of the more basic stuff.

I'm always learning one way or the other.

You think thats bad, I was state spelling bee champ in 8th grade and went to the nationals where I lost by one word.

Dont look at some of my spelling after more than 60 years have passed.

One thing that sure don't help me any is having learned to read, write and speak several languages since then. Some of the problem is that most of them I have learned since then are all part of the romantic family of languages so many words are of the same root but can have slighly or completely different meanings in common usage and usually are spelled differently..

The normal spelling differences are usually in the word endings such as elictricidad and many more. Going to German we again have a similiarity in Elektrizität,

So the spelling just keeps on going downhill.

I'm not terribly fond of credit repair companies. They tend to have an arsenal consisting of one or two letters. They also make huge mistakes by doing such things as disputing court filings before removing the address info.

I think your best bet would be to find a hard nosed attorney that really knows what he/she is doing and is ready, willing and able to file lawsuits. It more expensive, but well worth the price IMO.

The only problem is I don't know of any. They do exist though. I'd like to find one myself actually.

If you would like to see what the experiences of some of the people have been who have used various credit repair companies has been click on my email below and send me an email and I will give you links that will send you an email by autoresponder that relates some of their histories.

Don't expect their comments to be all bad because that simply isn't so. There are both kinds telling their stories. And in a couple of cases, comments from the companies themselves are included so they have a fair chance to tell their side of the story whatever that might be.

And I'm only going to respond to the original poster who wanted information and no more.
