just pulled a copy of my equifax report and have a dispute ?. There are 8 items that are listed as charged off that were included in my bk. When i dispute this do dispute that they were never charged off and leave it at that or do i say they were in bk??
If they weren't charged off, then I would dispute as never charged off. At least that way you have a chance they may be deleted.
no they were not. i put them in my bk 7 and that was discharged in 10/97 and the cc companies say charged off in 2/98
