   I had a couple of Medical collections on my CR I want to pay them but would like to know if there is anyway to have them removed from my report.

   You will have to try and negotiate "payment for deletion". I suggest you do a search on here for a good settlement letter. If you do proceed with something like this, be sure and get everything in writing before you pay them, otherwise you have lost your leverage.
