   Some one Said They rec'd a collection letter from a past power company that stated
   "Credit Bureau Notification"
   in big bold letters on the bottom left corner.
   Isn't this a disclosure violation? This is personal info in my mind. I don't mind something saying Final Notice but this seems different.
   Any ideas?

   If it's from the power company it's from the OC which is not bound by FDCPA restrictions.
