The time has come to file my actions against Equifax and Sherman Acquisitions? (Re-insertion of previously deleted item for the 2nd time). Does anyone have the correct addresses for proper service? I couldn't find them on any of the faq's or through searching prior threads. As long as I'm begging....Cap One's address will be needed Fri 5/11 as that is the deadline i have given to them. Go to the California Secretary of State Website, navigate to the Business Portal and click the Business Search link. Type in Equifax in the space for either corporations or LLC. You should get info on the registered agent and the registered address.
