We are having trouble making our credit card payment has anyone had luck getting them to reduce the interest rate or even the debt or work out an alternate payment plan?
I have yet to see CitiBank give a break to anyone unless they have a lot of money in their bank and perfect credit. They are one of the worse.
Yes I did. They took my Payment from $82 to $60 for 6mo and at 5%. But they are hard to work with, was told by them that we are so big that we get to rudien your credit and get a tax write-off too. They will only settle for 80% of their, their Bal owned. I never want a Citi account again.
