Got updates from Experian. They updated my report ccorrectly and deleted the same info from my hubby's report. This is the 2nd time the same info had to be investigated. I want the stuff that was deleted off my hubby's report reinserted! It's 2 positive trade lines. I know they reinsert deleted bad info quite easily <G>, but anyone have any success getting them to put back stuff they shoulnd't have taken off anyway? I called and was told their computers are down and to try back later. I'm betting they're gonna do a 3rd investigation and land up deleting the info off of mine. Anyone have any words of wisdom?? Ozzy.
You're in luck... I had old good things deleted by error. I spoke to a live person and experian. They took the info and updated. In 48hrs my good stuff was back on.. Make sure you talk to someone live and not thur CE
Backspace - thanks! Amazing you were able to get it situated over the phone... I think I'll give that a shot - I dont' want to wait ANOTHER 30 days.... this is getting out of hand waiting 30 days every time something is 'verified'... but is still wrong. As an added bonus, my score went down 2 points by having my mortgage listed as paid. My husband's complete account was deleted (an 8 year plus tradeline) and his score stayed the same. I just love the 'logic' behind scoring... <sigh> Ozzy.
Yeah: Now if they just had some common sense to go with it. They must be using horse sense b/c while they're horsing around your money goes galloping off into the wild blue yonder. But then what do you expect from the horses a**.
