Any Nextcard news?

    I have not heard anything on Nextcard for about a week. Anyone have any updates on who won the bidding? I'm curious whether or not we will have a good company or a bad one take over.

    I got to mail my payment today or tomorrow...THAT'S THE ONLY NEWS I HAVE...

    04/15/2002 was the "DEADLINE" for bids...

    Did you see my "answer" from NEXT CARD about being "SOLD"...I was trying to get "INSIDE" information...they said it has NOTHING to do with my account...LIKE I'M GOING TO KEEP DOING BUSINESS WITH NEXT CARD AFTER THEY GET SOLD...

    Just paid the final balance on my account. Got a funny feeling the bids did not go well.

    It's been a week and not even a hint of any suitors.

    Somebody has to buy it...could they put a DISCOUNT PRICE ON IT TO FORCE A SALE???

    I know the feds won't keep it. Someone will buy it, but it may be discounted substantially.
