These BA$tUrds just called me today and put a HARD inquiry on my REPORT.. I AM friggin FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!
Contact info for what?? I sent validation info a year ago and they didn't validate so I sent an intent to sue for removal.... They removed the TL from my CR.... Account should of been CLOSED... GrRrRrr.. I just got off the phone with them....
You might want to file a lawsuit against these BA$TARD$. They pulled my CR and kept up with their collection efforts without validating. Once I sent the intent to sue letter, the backed off deleted the TL and all INQs. From my experience, RMA never validates.
OK.. I have finally calmed down... GOSH I was so mad..... I remember stating how I miss these battles with these CAs but with this happeneing I rather not deal with them anymore.. I am doing some research and will make a visit to the JAG office (I am military) to get some guidance. I hate the fact that they called me and I am livid by the fact they put a hard inquiry on my CR which made my score go down 12 point... (I have 5 total inquiries listed)
They are gone from my report, but a month before due to expire... RMA gives me a hard for good measure. What am I going to do?? I suppose they had the right to do it, so I'm stuck... trying to get it off with *b*. In your case, since they are not on your report and couldn't validate, I'd think you have a non-permissible for certain.
AHHHHH.. I get it..... *I swear I am not usually this slow* I wholly agree... Its funny I have been spending the last 24 hours searching info on RMA in the board and it is amazing the amount of threads that pop up with the search "RMA" GrRrRrRrRrRrrRrRrRr

Re: Re: Any Problems with RMA/Sears sue! sue! they folded like a cheap suit when I threatened them with a lawsuit..hell even sent an apology letter. this was over a collection account though, not an inquiry. at the moment I really don't care about their inquiries, they are on EQ which I can bump right off (but they dont even place hards on me anyway) Hell, come to think of it I dont think I've ever seen an RMA inquiry on my report. btw...i've only been able to decipher LB's post 1 time since I've been here (almost a year)..I love it.
