Looks dangerous if it ever gets in the hands of Marie, Lizardking, LKH, Kellyscott, Solzy, Kiyi .....Heck any number of us lately :)) Loads of information.

    Hey Everyone ,

Just go to Amazon and put the ISBN # in save a couple of bucks. Also be very careful using books like these, donâ??t assume that someone is a credit expert just because they write a book (like Guerrilla Credit Repair), believe me I've had more luck just sending validating letters and calling CA's bluff. Remember CA's read these books too, donâ??t make your self look like everyone else, even when you use forms off this site, highlight the key power, and legal word and credit a letter around them, donâ??t just put your account # and name and send it off. Use Critical Thinking.

    Thank you,
    jobtimer

I definitely AGREE with your statement about doing it yourself....but, I was just asking if anyone's got this reference guide and thought it was worthwhile...just wondering if it will give me extra "ammo"...

To be frank, most of the info (ie. FCRA litigation cases, FCRA/FTC Opinions/Interpretations, etc... can be found on the 'Net...

Sounds like a lot of money to me when the FCRA is not very long....
