I've sent one to Associates National Bank over a week ago and am waiting. Goshh I really want them to erase that stuff off of it. What kind of success rate there is? Do you guys had any success with sending that letter to the creditor ? And what did you want to have removed? Thanks
Re: Any success w/ goodwill adj let I had "goodwill adjustment" success with Sears, Citibank, and Chase. Radio Shack did one by phone for me after I pushed past the front-line customer service phone staff and managed to speak with a receptive supervisor. However, I had to wait a few weeks for each one. With Sears, for example, I made the request on 10/23/2001, and it wasn't granted until 11/22/2001. I did a quick search a collected a couple of other successes re goodwill adjustments that will hopefully encourage you...
