Hi all, After carrying the Blue card for 16 months, I finally revolved a balance last week (generating finance charges) and then paid it off. I'm looking to get a 0% balance transfer offer from them, but have nto been marketed anything. Does anyone know any special dept. that I could call to get that offer? Does anyone have the phone number to the marketing dept.? Would the exec offices have power to do this? Thanks,
