   I don't know about the bk question. I'd love to know that too. but since it does report as secured I passed on it anyway.
   
   FCNB reports as unsecured. The bk is not an issue. I flew through that application but decided not to bother. I have enough cards. Oh, FCNB's inquiry is listed as a promotion inquiry (soft not hard).
