I know that tu/eq and ex were supposed to present their settlement ot the judge for the class action regarding reporting bk's on co-signers reports. Has anyone gotten or heard an update? I beleive tu was supposed to do this in February sometime. Update would be GRRRREAT (Tony the Tiger)
