Has anyone ever had success getting deletion from Providian, first premeir or Direct merchants credit card trades? i have a cap1 with dola 5-97 which my mother opened and put me as an authorized buyer, though the tradeline says sharred. not sure if that is different or not. I presume it would be just as easy to let that fall off next year as ive heard nothing but tales of woe about Cap1. Also anyone ever have auto loans thru Transouth or Wells Fargo Fin Accept? I am apprently discovering that these three CC companies are roayal pains to get deletion from. my question is has anyone ever done it?? any experience you may have had disputing with these two finace co's would also be of interest to me. thanks to anyone who can provide their experiences and sorry for any redundance.
Providian I got deleted from the 2 CRA's, I am now suing Providian over FCRA violations and removal from the 3rd CRA. I wrote letters to First Premier asking for validation Under Pa law they are required to validate, they folded and said the account must have been opened fraudulently and they ended up deleting. I didn't have to sign or fill out an affadavit or anything, they were easy. I had TranSouth removed from all three in the first round of disputes. I haved sued Capital One for FCRA and Breach of Contract violations and they changed a charge-offed account into an account now in good standing, Paid Never late, as part of my settlement. Good Luck!
