RE: any1 use citibank "my Hi Sam, Make sure that your security settings for the Internet are set at "High Security" (128-bit encryption). More than a few online financial sites are using this strong encryption and if your Internet security settings are at "Medium Security," then you may receive more often than you wish a "page not found" response page. This problem plagued me for quite a few days when using AOL on some online bank sites until I changed the Internet security settings.
