Anybody deal with Cross Country?

    Has anybody had any success dealing with Cross Country Bank? I am trying to have them remove an unpaid charge-off but they are unwilling to negotiate.
    Any thoughts???

    I seriously doubt anyone let alone cross crooks would remove an UNPAID account.

    I offered to pay in full in exchange for the deletion of all negative info on my reports. They refused!

    I am also pretty sure a lawsuit against them will help.
