    Anybody else hate those happy smiling people in the top right hand corner of the CreditExpert pages?

    They apparently have never had to deal with Experian.

    Those "smiling people" are the same people who "verify" your negative accounts.

    Wait, I've got it. They are laughing at us saying "Ha Ha sucker, you paid us 69.95 for information that should be yours for free"

    or

    "Ha ha We're so incompetent you have to monitor us constantly at 69.95 annually to keep us from completely screwing up your life"
