Long story short. Retailers National Bank pulled my Equifax report w/o a permissable purpose. I'm about to send my settlement offer/intent to sue letter. The only address I have is RNB 3901 W. 53rd ST Sioux Falls, SD 57106-4216 I'm just going to put ATTN: Legal Dept. on the letter. Does anyone have a different address? Has anyone ever dealt with them in this way? Any info or insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
It wasn't RNB, but I had better luck sending it thru a company's Agent of Service. They immediately send it to the department it needs to go to.
It looks like after further research there is no resident agent for RNB in South Dakota or Minnesota. So I would assume they are an affilliate of Target Stores, Inc. I got the following address after searching the for resident agent information in MN: Target Stores, Inc. Address: 777 Nicollet Mall #1400 Mpls, MN, 55402 I believe this may also be the corporate headquarters address. I'll do some more research. After speaking with a CSR at Target Visa/Guest Services about my problem they gave me this address to write to: Retailers National Bank Mail Stop #1C-F PO BOX 1581 Minneapolis, MN 55440 I will be sending my settlement offer/intent to sue letter this week and will make a post about it later if/when I get some results.
