hi, so i had a charged off citibank credit card that was taken over by a collection agency. i paid off the debt. i have a new credit card with capital one that i use and pay on time. anybody have any luck getting a negative listing removed from capital one?
I've dealt with them quite a few times and so far never had any luck. I'm working on a couple of local court cases right now dealing with Cap One and may try to get them into enough of a bind to make it a realistic chance to force them to remove their listings but that's going to be at least a year into the future before I even think about taking them to federal court.
