I pulled DH's PG today and there was a hard inquiry from this co. I have never heard of them before, cannot find anything on them. We don't even know what it could be in reference to. It dropped DH's TU score 3 points. That may not seem like a lot but its frustrating. Is this considered permissible purpose? I would be very grateful for any input.
