Ive seen a site on the internet called abacus credit for high risk loans, that for a fee will promise you an unsecured personal loan from one of their lenders. If anyone has had any experience with this company please let me know THANKS
I've seen their website before and they actually have several websites doing business under different names - you can go to BBB.ORG and do a company search on them for a listing. I am suspicious of what they say they can offer. No reputable lender will offer an unsecured loan if your credit is in bad shape and those that do are going to stick you with an interest rate that is astronomical. I suspect they will send you a "list" of companies, several of which will include "payday loan" type companies - this of course would meet their "guarantee" as the payday lenders will lend to just about anyone. While they may be legit, I'd say that their claims are suspicious at best.
You are exactly right Hal. I fell for the line about two years ago. I wanted to do the multiple loan trick to raise score. Anyway, it's a list of bad companies and payday companies. Mike G.
