These folks are EFX's attorneys. I'd appreciate any "insight" to their pre-trial practices/scheme/tactics. Thanks.
Ah yes, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, Mr John Friedline handles most of the Equifax Cases, he is a real nice person to deal with...provided you have a real case... I can't discuss much, as my case is still in litigation, but they are fair...so far... No schemes that I can think of, but watch out, they WILL refer your case to a lawyer in your area, who will bombard you with discovery motions, and interagatories.
http://www.kilstock.com/site/firm/attorney/detail?Employee_Id=10042 Yes. John Friedline is handling my case, but I haven't received a call yet (an EFX CSR told me to call him since my file was no longer accessible by the phone reps). When did he contact you (how many days before the court date)? Is your case looking pretty good?
How much are they paying these lawyers?? Wouldn't they rather just settle? Must cost them a fortune!!
