    I did an exhaustive search for a CA called The Legal Enforcement Procedures ... no hits. Anyone have their mailing address and/or fax number?

    Have you tried www.budhibbs.com? I think he has a pretty good list ovr there. Hope this helps.

    Hal, or anyone else:

    Do you have a local telephone number for these clowns?

    Other than calling them directly, is there a way I can find out their business structure, i.e. corporation, LLC or sole proprietorship? I searched the CA Secretary of State and Riverside County databases, no records found.

    Any additional information would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Have you tried http://www.credco.com using their decode generator? I think they are down for updates right now, but I got addresses and phone numbers from them.
