I am curious as to whether the board has dealt much with Citibank USA. I know of the great success with Citi (S.D.) But I am wondering how to address a problem with Citi (USA). Thanks Cypri
Cypri, I have an ongoing dispute with Citibank USA checking account. There modus operandi is to IGNORE your complaint completely despite certified rr letters. They also will not address the complaint in writing but will tell you to "call". When you "call" your rights are not protected (which is in all of their fine print). NEVER call. Try to force a paper trail. Right now, my paper trail is all one sided - mine - because they are STILL refusing to address it by mail. I just keep getting letters stating that if I have a problem with my account I should call. I won't do it and keep sending them letters. This has been going on since the first week of June! Mist
